The president of the Venezuelan Chamber of Electronic Commerce, Venezuela (Cavecom-e), at the end of 2023 the sector experienced a growth of 150 %.

During an interview for Unión Radio, the specialist indicated that double-digit growth is expected for the next two years.

According to Ujueta, the growth of electronic commerce in the country is a daily process, “the incorporation is massive.” This was indicated during the presentation on February 7 of the Electronic Commerce Law before the National Assembly.

At the event, he called for “all sectors involved in electronic commerce to be incorporated to reach a consensus, have a law accepted by all and that generates benefits for the State, consumer and merchant.”
