Bancamiga consolidates its position as one of the leaders in serving individual and corporate clients, processing more than 111,000 foreign currency orders over the last three months: in March through the Auction mechanism and since April through Digital Intervention.

These results are possible because Bancamiga has a robust, agile, and dynamic technological platform that allows its clients to place orders easily and quickly through Bancamiga Online, explains a statement from the institution.

This entire operation is carried out under the strict coordination of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV), facilitating access to foreign currency at the official rate set by the governing body.

During March, the number of transactions processed was 38,254, and between April and May 20, it reached 72,782.

Once the BCV approves the funds, they are credited to each client’s Digital Foreign Currency USD Account. From that moment on, the funds are available for electronic use through any Bancamiga debit card or by reloading the prepaid card in foreign currency, offering the possibility of making purchases, traveling, or paying for services both within and outside the country.

This historic achievement has been significantly aided by the impact of the innovative campaign “These are the ones that matter,” spearheaded by renowned writer and humorist Claudio Nazoa. The campaign has actively promoted the use of Bancamiga cards as the most efficient and secure tools for managing and leveraging allocated funds.

In this way, Bancamiga demonstrates, through actions, technology, and a personal touch, why, as it approaches its 20th anniversary, it is the bank that has championed development and financial connectivity for Venezuelans, says the document.
