Digital skills characterize industrial field in 2019

The industries must show their commitment with talent management, digital transformation, cybersecurity and the promotion of innovation

Companies face many challenges in 2019. They must concentrate on the so-called globalization 4.0. Organizations demand greater capacity to adapt to major changes and a stage of global cooperation to increase sustainably for the welfare of societies and companies.

It should be noted that the demands of the client and the potential offered by emerging technologies increase the competitiveness between one and another, so there lies a complex context for corporations.

Recently, the World Economic Forum was held, in which world leaders discussed the most significant conjunctures that characterize the global business system, with an emphasis on 4.0 globalization as a reference for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

In order for organizations to develop, grow and compete healthily with others within the same market, it is pertinent that senior management attend to four fundamental pillars that will strengthen competitiveness: talent management, digital transformation, cybersecurity and innovation.

It should be noted that human talent is the key to growth, customer satisfaction, innovation and digital transformation, so it is extremely important to keep it motivated and valued. On the other hand, emerging technologies should be considered as an opportunity not as a threat.

Last but not least, it is a priority to be aware of digital risks and to invest in protection and cybersecurity.
