Deutsche Bank AG predicts an uncertain financial scenario for 2019

The European market is marked by the economic volatility of the end of 2018, the political instability, the Brexit, the budget problems in Italy and other factors that do not allow to glimpse greater dynamism

The German bank Deutsche Bank AG issued a document in which it points out several factors that can determine a slow or no economic growth in 2019.

The projections are based on the volatility experienced by the markets since the end of 2018, as well as the economic and political instability that Brexit has generated, as well as the budget problems in Italy.

From the agency indicate that volatility can grow “because the markets will try to reevaluate the new reality of the investment environment, given a series of apparently thorny geopolitical risks.”

Other decisive elements are the reduction in liquidity and the hardening of the policies of the central banks of the members of the EEC. According to Deutsche Bank AG, investors will have to analyze at least two scenarios. The first would be to accept lower profitability and the second, “take more risks to achieve optimal profitability.”

The German bank does not dismiss situations that also affect the economy of European countries, such as the US economic measures on exports.
