Cyberpunk 77 finally arrives on consoles

The long-awaited video game, developed by Projekt RED, is now available for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia

The Cyberpunk 2077 video game, developed by the CD Projekt RED studio, was released worldwide, and is now available for the PS4 and Xbox One generation of consoles, as well as for PC and Google Stadia.

The launch of the video game, announced in 2012, finally took place on December 10 after having suffered numerous delays. It was postponed from April to September, then to November 19, and later a few more weeks.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world action-adventure video game set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamor and body modification, in line with the aesthetics known precisely as ‘cyberpunk’.

The starring character is V, a mercenary who pursues a unique implant that allows him to achieve immortality. Players can customize the character’s cybernetic enhancements, abilities, and playstyle to shape a world and story that depends on their choices.

Its developers have confirmed that the title has several playable characters, including Johnny Silverhand, played by American actor Keanu Reeves.

The game will also be available on the next-gen consoles, PS5, and Xbox Series X and S, with performance improvements, and it won’t be released for these platforms until 2021.
