The Mexicans count from Monday with the Chilean exchange CryptoMarket for the purchase and sale of the digital currency Bitcoin, Stellar and Ethereum. The companies, on the other hand, count on the payment solution CryptoCompra for the payment in cryptocurrencies to their clients.
CryptoMarket was born in Chile in 2016 and currently connects more than 155,000 users. Its arrival in the Mexican territory is the most recent step in its opening, after arriving in Brazil, Argentina and Europe.
The benefits for the citizens include the exchange to the main cryptocurrencies directly with the local currency -Mexican peso- with a commission of up to 0.05%.
Undoubtedly, cryptocurrencies, investment and blockchain technology are the engine of finance today. On the arrival of the Chilean exchange to Mexico, Martin Jofré, his co-founder, commented: “It’s a big challenge, which are the ones we like”.
Among the actions that Mexican citizens can carry out are the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, sending and receiving payments in the world as well as withdrawals in Mexican pesos to their current account, and obtaining the user support service on the platform.
