From now on, Coinbase customers who are resident in the United States will be allowed to make withdrawals with their PayPal accounts.
This was reported by Allen Osgood, who is member of the exchange company and who also assured that this measure responds to the demands of customers.
“The clients of Coinbase have been clear, they want to be part of the open financial system. We believe that means more than just owning a cryptocurrency: it means having the flexibility to use it how and when you want,” said Osgood.
The process is simple, only users must log in to their Coinbase account and then link the one they have in PayPal to be able to transfer funds through that channel.
This is not a surprise, given that Coinbase had already announced in the FAQ section that it was going to include the function of linking the accounts of the exchange with PayPal.
