The Caracas mayor’s office announced a reduction in working hours, aligning with the energy saving plan announced by acting president Delcy Rodríguez, in order to address the effects of the Super Niño phenomenon.
Workers will report to their jobs no later than 12:30 p.m., except in priority areas such as medical services, transportation, and public safety.
