This Monday, April 4, the municipality and town of El Hatillo will give a positive note for the signing of the agreement and the start of Bulevar Sucre, a space that will mark a before and after, in terms of the enjoyment of the people of Caracas in this attractive and valuable tourist enclave of Greater Caracas, as well as regarding the commercial development and economic progress of the area, in alliance with Paseo El Hatillo La Lagunita.
The act or citizen event, scheduled for 5:00 p.m, will be attended by Mayor Elias Sayegh, the first municipal authority, and the CEO of the Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios, Horacio Velutini.
The specific place will be the external area of the mall, Portal El Hatillo. You can park easily in the large parking lot of the shopping center and pay without complications with @PagoDirecto.
What is Bulevar Sucre? Bulevar Sucre is an urban project that is located in the heart of Pueblo El Hatillo. It is a public-private alliance for the promotion of commercial development and entrepreneurship in El Hatillo, in synergy and a win-win initiative (Juego de Ganadores) for the benefit of El Hatillo inhabitants, visitors, merchants and entrepreneurs, which will promote commercial and tourist activity. The Bulevar Sucre in the town of El Hatillo is a project of all and for all, promoted by the Mayor’s Office of Hatillo and the FVI – Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios – that begins this Monday, April 4 at 5:00 p.m.

Tourism and citizen project, with a positive economic effect
This initiative arises from the interest of contributing, adding the capabilities and private effort to that of the municipal government, to strengthen and optimize El Hatillo as a prominent and well-conditioned tourist destination. Paseo El Hatillo will be integrated through a boulevard – in a harmonic way – with the attractive and welcoming town of El Hatillo.
The proposal promoted by the Paseo El Hatillo shopping center and the Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios (FVI) together with the Mayor’s Office, seeks to improve urban spaces and their use for the benefit of Hatillans and visitors, with a view to the quality of life of all for greater enjoyment, as well as the activation and orderly impulse of commerce and the economy.
Horacio Velutini, advanced and clarified together with Mayor Sayegh a few months ago, that the spaces to be created are for the benefit of the passerby, we are not adding square meters to ours, «it is something that we are donating to the municipality, and that solves the problem of the saturation and overflow of vehicles in the streets, since the Paseo El Hatillo parking lot becomes the main parking lot for tourists and visitors.
