Brazilians will be able to buy Calvin Klein products with bitcoin

Calvin Klein recently stated that it will accept bitcoin (BTC) as payment method in its Sao Paulo agencies

The market for digital currencies is going through one of its worst crises in history. However, the fashion giant Calvin Klein has decided to take a step forward and take the initiative to satisfy its Brazilian customers in Christmas.

Calvin Klein chose 4 of its branches in Sao Paulo to test this initiative, allying with CloudWalk that will act as payment processor and allow its customers to pay with bitcoin scanning QR codes.

In the same way, it will work in conjunction with FoxBit, one of the most recognized cryptocurrency exchange houses in Brazil for its role in the dispute between banks in the Latin American country and digital asset trading platforms.

It is important to note that it is not the first opportunity in which the cryptoactives venture into the world of fashion, because in the last Fashion Week, a model wore a sign that said “bitcoin is accepted, not cash”.

Despite emerging initiatives, even Brazilians must wait a little longer to massively adopt digital assets.
