Blockchain among the most searched terms in Google

The information provided by the latest search trends in Google suggests that the population has turned towards distributed ledger technology instead of cryptocurrencies themselves

The blockchain technology moves by leaps and bounds and Google confirms it. The data thrown by the latest browser search trends show that the population has turned more towards blockchain technology than towards digital assets. Google Trends indicates that the word blockchain has surpassed that of cryptocurrencies from the figures provided in September 2017.

Although in terms of mentions within the decentralized spectrum the word bitcoin has been the most sought, in fact it is 10 times more popular than blockchain and cryptocurrencies. It should be noted that these trends only indicate popularity in terms of searches within Google and does not include other browsers or their public opinion outside the network.

The blockchain technology demonstrates, once again, the versatility and adaptability in the different sectors of the market, which draws the attention of the population, specifically the users of social networks.

Lovers of blockchain technology argue that the advances will allow reducing documentation costs, an improvement in transaction times and an applicability for the registration of data that will achieve a more inclusive and fair ground.
