Bitcoin manga will debut soon in Japan

The new series will be called Genesis Code and is already serialized in Young Animal manga magazine

The manga-related token called monacoin (MONA) is presumed to have been the first cross between cryptocurrencies and the Japanese manga series, and although it was the subject of conversation at the time, it is now occupied by the bitcoin.

The new series called Genesis Code is already serialized in the Young Animal manga magazine, published by the Tokyo-based manga headquarters Hakusensha, which is based on 2009, the year bitcoin emerged as a digital currency. It tells the story of Phantom Wolf, who turns out to be a rebellious hacker who is part of a tense contest to find a hostage.

The cover of the first manga edition shows the main character of the series holding a token marked with the bitcoin logo. This character is strengthened by using his hacking skills and reasoning ability to solve certain cases related to the creation of bitcoin.

The characters in the story are divided into a charismatic Internet streamer alongside a mysterious smartphone app and two co-workers, who agree to help Phantom Wolfen on his adventures and solve cases involving bitcoin and blockchain.

The manga and anime creators keep working for a few years to achieve collaboration platforms driven by platform and cryptocurrency.
