Bitcoin celebrates its tenth anniversary
The main cryptocurrency celebrates its tenth anniversary with a slight drop, but along with it also fell 92 of the 100 most iconic digital coins
A day like today 10 years ago the Bitcoin white paper was published for the first time, a milestone that marked the era of cryptography. However, the prices of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, are low for the date.
The price of Bitcoin has fallen 1.91% compared to yesterday, with exchanges of around USD $ 4 billion, in the last 24 hours. But it is not the only one in decline, 92 of the top 100 crypto are low. Among them, Ethereum fell 3.47%, XRP (Ripple) 2.77%, Bitcoin Cash 4.14%, EOS 4.70%, Litecoin 4.60% and Cardano 3.56%.
For all these declines, the crypto world capitalization market is at USD $ 203 billion. It is important to remember that in December last year only the capitalization of Bitcoin exceeded this amount by far.
