This Monday, November 4, bank branches in Venezuela will remain closed for the bank holiday corresponding to All Saints' Day

Bank agencies in Venezuela will remain closed tomorrow, Monday, November 4, for the bank holiday corresponding to All Saints’ Day, according to the holiday calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (Sudeban).

Clients of the national banking system will be able to use all digital channels and ATMs for different types of transactions. They will be able to make their transfers, mobile payments, payments or recharges of services through the Internet. Another alternative this day will be ATMs that also allow cash withdrawals and deposits.

Customer service via telephone is also another option available to national banking users to make balance inquiries and request assistance from qualified personnel, among others.

Sudeban invites citizens to use online banking during bank holidays from the comfort of their home, through the channels established by each banking entity, in an easy and safe manner.

Through the Sudeban website, detailed information can be obtained about upcoming bank holidays in order to make arrangements according to the convenience of users of the national banking system.
