Bancamiga Banco Universal successfully launched its online conference broadcasts to promote and meet the information demands of its innovative foreign exchange products and services in the Venezuelan financial market.
The bank held its first webinar on Tuesday, on the Zoom and Instagram Live platform, entitled: How to keep my billing in dollars: an alternative to Zelle, which had an audience of over a thousand participants, broadcast from the bank’s headquarters.
“It was very satisfying for us to connect with clients and potential clients in order to expose the benefits of our products in dollars, unique in the market. We had an audience hungry for information and financial solutions. We answered doubts and concerns in a virtual meeting that broke the communication patterns of the Venezuelan banks, “said Alberto De Armas, executive president of Bancamiga.
The exhibition was in charge of Alberto Camardiel, director of Media Payments of the institution, who explained the characteristics and versatility of the International Debit Card, an instrument associated with Cash and Foreign Currency accounts, as well as points of sale in dollars.
Participants received guidance on how to obtain the products, the requirements to open the accounts, the scope of the transactions and the channels to carry them out, “under the protection of a serious, responsible and reliable financial institution”.
The Foreign Currency Account and the Cash Account are unique products in Venezuela that allow operations outside and within the country.
The next meeting is scheduled for June 23, 2020, at seven o’clock at night, and the topic to be discussed is Ecommerce, an alternative to collect currency for businesses.
