The search engine Baidu, and TRON (TRX), a decentralized Internet project, allied to develop data in the cloud. The nature of this alliance will be based on providing cloud services.
The ODaily media claims that Baidu Cloud and TRON closed the agreement to cooperate in terms of basic cloud business, emphasizing that both consortiums will work to maximize intercompatibility and build, operate and debug blockchain products based on the Baidu cloud.
Therefore, the alliance between the two companies is focused on the purchase and use of Baidu’s basic cloud computing service, instead of being a connection at a business blockchain level.
Likewise, the TRON Foundation stated in a tweet that cooperation is an effort to make “blockchain solutions more accessible to users and small businesses, with the ultimate goal of mass blockchain adoption“.
It should be noted that this coalition had already been suggested in social networks by Justin Sun, founder and CEO of TRON, by commenting that they would announce a “secret alliance with an industry giant valued in tens of billions of dollars.”
