Avavit anticipates more than one hundred international flights in Venezuela by April

The Venezuelan Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies (Avavit) projects more than 100 international flights per week in Venezuela for the month of April thanks to the reactivation of connections and the addition of new routes this February

The president of the Venezuelan Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies (Avavit), Vicky Herrera de Díaz, indicated that Venezuela could exceed one hundred international flights per week in April.

The executive stated that this increase in flights could occur thanks to the reactivation of air connections and new routes added this February.

Herrera de Díaz pointed out that there are currently at least ninety international flights per week, thanks to the reactivation of connectivity and the addition of new routes and frequencies that began this February following the lifting of security restrictions by authorities in the United States and Europe.

She added that “with the reactivation of air travel, operations have resumed at national airports with capacity for international flights, including Maracaibo, Valencia, Porlamar, Barcelona, ​​and Barquisimeto.”
