Australia could pay its invoices with cryptocurrencies

An alliance between Gobbill and Cointree will allow citizens to cancel their debts through electronic currencies

An alliance with the Cointree crypto exchange house and the Gobbill Australia automated payment platform will allow the citizens of that country the possibility of canceling their invoices through the electronic currencies.

The statement issued by the company Gobbill ensures that those interested in using this payment method can do so very easily thanks to the functions that Gobbill will enable.

The company will accept currencies such as bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, among others that currently operate in the digital market.

“We anticipate an increase in the number of customers who would like to pay their invoices in cryptocurrencies in the coming years. Our partnership with Cointree will serve this market and ensure that Gobbill continues to be at the forefront when it comes to allowing our users to pay their bills automatically, knowing that they are protected against fraud and scams, explained Gobbill CEO Shendon Ewans.

Cointree is one of the main exchange houses in Australia, currently has more than 20 cryptocurrencies on its list and has processed around 100 million transactions since its inception in 2013.
