ATI signs an agreement with blockchain platform

The Tunisian Internet Agency (ATI) will provide hosting services for the Russian platform Universa

The Tunisian Internet Agency signed a renewable strategic partnership for 10 years with the blockchain platform Universa to provide hosting services for the tool and facilitate its further development.

The ATI, founded in 1996, is a government agency directed by the Ministry of Communications in order to encourage the use of the Internet in the country.

The alliance establishes a series of objectives in which the ATI will develop value-added services in the field of the block chain, the digital economy and the digitization of paperwork.

For its part, Universa will develop additional applications and services and will integrate them into new applications and technological initiatives such as electronic certification and the digital economy.

Both parties will develop joint projects in the sector of the block chain as a BaaaS service, which includes cryptographic currencies, digital identity, smart cities and electronic governance.
