Apple recommends cleaning its products with disinfectant towels

The "little apple" company added information on its website where it ensures that this action is beneficial amid the outbreak of the coronavirus

Apple updated its website to warn users that it is safe to clean their products with disinfectant wipes, amid the outbreak of the coronavirus.

The company has a section on its website that shows how users can clean their Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod, as well as screens and peripheral devices.

The company created by Steve Jobs left a message stating that it is safe to use disinfectant on their devices, although it warns that users should clean gently “hard surfaces” like the “screen, keyboard and others”.

“Do not use bleach. Prevent moisture from entering any opening and do not immerse Apple product in any cleaning agent. Do not use on fabric or leather surfaces,” the company added.

As for the screen of the iMac, Apple recommended its users not to use products containing acetone and asked not to use sprays directly to the screen, since “it could drip and cause damage.”
