Abra enables the purchase of cryptocurrencies with Visa cards

The Abra company also included the MasterCard for the acquisition of the bitcoin virtual currency

The American company Abra announced the authorization of the purchases of cryptocurrencies, through the platforms of credit or debit cards Visa and MasterCard.

This news was made known through the official blog of the company, where they detailed that they can buy from a minimum of $ 50 to 20 thousand for each purchase.

On the other hand they also indicated that the transaction will have a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes for the amount to be allocated to the electronic portfolio.

Abra is in operation thanks to an alliance with Simplex, a company dedicated to financial transactions made with cryptocurrencies.

The American company stressed the importance this will have for buyers, who “can direct their purchases of bitcoin to any compatible portfolio or establish a new portfolio with Abra.”

One of the regulations to be highlighted is that bitcoin purchases will not be available in countries such as Afghanistan, Cuba, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Yemen, Lebanon and Serbia, among others, as the platform Simplex does not provide support in these jurisdictions.

Through the platform, users can make investments in more than 24 cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin or litecoin. Highlights include bitcoin cash, Zcash, Dash and Ethereum Classic, among others.
