Microsoft will introduce new webcam with the ability to record in 4K and offer support for Windows Hello

The equipments can become great options for those who want to benefit from facial recognition on their computers and laptops, when they do not have a webcam with Windows Hello support.

The 4K webcam will have support to be compatible with Windows Hello and will offer all users an alternative to integrate facial recognition into their devices. It  can also be used in the Xbox One, replacing the facial recognition provided by Kinect when it comes to instant login in Microsoft.

Similarly, Microsoft will launch a webcam with USB-C connection. In fact, it refers to the one that exists in the Surface Hub 2 and points out that this experience can be extended to other computers.
