Blue Ocean Capital was sued for alleged fraud

An investor assured before the district court of New York to have transferred the company about two million dollars for the acquisition of the MCash token

This week a lawsuit was filed against the Blue Capital Ocean company for alleged fraud against the district court in New York, United States.

Investor Lijun Sun said he had transferred at least two million dollars to the investment group, which is based in New York City, for the purchase of the MCash token.

«Not only was the MCash Token not properly registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), but, more importantly, in connection with the sale of the Token MCash, the Defendants made numerous false statements and omissions that induced the Claimant to invest $ 2 million,» said the plaintiff’s attorneys.

Another aspect that was mentioned is that the investor realized after the purchase agreement was not made directly with Blue Ocean Capital, but through a second company. This information was not disclosed at first.

Currently, MCash -an ERC-20 token– has a value equal to zero. And on the other hand, the Blue Ocean Capital website is down.

Sun also stressed that had he known the conditions of the transaction at first he would not have carried it out.
