Samsung has held its first Galaxy Unpacked event of the year this Thursday, in which it has presented a tracker accessory, Galaxy SmartTag, which allows you to locate any object that has been hooked at all times.
Galaxy SmartTag works with Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity and is linked with the Galaxy smartphone through the SmartThings application, which allows you to see on a map where the lost object is.
It can be attached to a key ring, a bag or a suitcase. When you want to locate yourself, the map of the app will show a proximity indicator and when you press a button the SmartTag will emit a sound.
Galaxy SmartTag is priced at $ 29.99. In addition to this accessory there will be a more advanced device, SmartTag +, with ultra-wide band, and a different size.
