Paris, the capital of fashion, gastronomy and entertainment, has become the seat of the first accelerator of blockchain startups in the country. In this way, France is positioned on the path of the digital economy, as well as the development and launch of ICOs.

The blockchain accelerator consists of a scheme to integrate more than 30 digital currencies as well as companies and professionals of the area to offer advice to startups focused on the promotion of Initial Offers of Cryptocurrencies, better known by the acronym ICOs.

The project involves relevant specialists such as Aurelien Menant, CEO of GateCoin; Diana Biggs, head of digital innovations at HSBC and Leonard Schrank, CEO of Swift. Also, representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Nicolas Cantu, co-founder of the project, has indicated that the Chain Accelerator appears on the scene to become a key piece in the configuration of a global and operational network in Paris. It is made up of talented collaborators, with extensive knowledge in the development of protocols applicable to the local market and throughout Europe.

The application of the blockchain accelerator will allow the expansion of the potential of digital ecosystem companies. In this way, France follows in the footsteps of countries such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland in the technological advances applied to the economy.
