Liverpool accelerates the digitization of its brand together with Google

The chain of stores ensures that this strategy will respond to the needs of current consumers

Liverpool establishes an alliance with Google Cloud in order to accelerate the digitization of its brand, with the implementation of the omnichannel strategy and, through this, generate greater opportunities to capitalize on the technological potential in the retail industry.

The new marketing plan aims to integrate technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, so that fashion retailers enhance their marketplace and mobile application, both in their digital channels and in those of Suburbia.

According to what was announced by Antonino Guichard, Liverpool’s digital director, “today, our client is present at all times, on different channels and through various devices. For this reason, we are looking for a strategic technological partner, focused on transformation and innovation.

Liverpool’s intention to partner with Google Cloud is due to the great potential that the web development application platform comprises in terms of technological resources, thus allowing it to provide data analysis solutions for better decision-making and customization, as well as reinforcing e-commerce apps.

The main objective is to generate a more fluid shopping experience both in physical stores and in digital ones.
