The tech giant Google ranks first among the 20 most visited websites between the end of 2025 and February 2026, according to the Digital 2026 report published by We Are Social

The Digital 2026 report, published by We Are Social, lists the 20 most visited websites between December 1, 2025, and February 28 of this year. Google is in first place, followed by YouTube in second and Facebook in third.

Regarding the number of page views per session, X.com stands out with 14.13, followed by Instagram with 12.17 and YouTube with 12.14.

The use of AI cannot be ignored. ChatGPT and Gemini are at the forefront, but Wikipedia’s continued presence is also surprising.

Concerning the time users spend connected to these top 20 websites, “YouTube leads the ranking, with almost 20 minutes per session (19:35), well ahead of the following: X.com (12:19), Bet.br (11:35), and Google (10:05).”

Social networks lead internet searches

The report’s data indicates that 93.8 % of users globally connected to social media platforms; “almost the same proportion (93.6 %) as were on instant messaging applications.”

Likewise, 79.3 % connected to web search engines or specific portals; 74.4 % accessed email services and 74.2 % visited shopping-related websites.
