On Monday, January 13, there will be no service in bank branches due to the holiday corresponding to the day of the Divina Pastora, according to the calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions of Venezuela

According to the official calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (Sudeban), bank branches in Venezuela will not provide service at the counter on Monday, January 13 due to the holiday corresponding to the day of the Divina Pastora.

National banking clients will have the electronic system and ATMs at their disposal to make transfers, mobile payments, payments or service recharges.

Customer service via telephone is also another option available to citizens nationwide to make balance inquiries and request assistance from qualified personnel, among others.

Sudeban invites users to use online banking during bank holidays from the comfort of their home, through the channels established by each banking entity, in an easy and secure manner.

Through the agency’s website, detailed information can be obtained about upcoming bank holidays in order to make arrangements according to the convenience of users of the national banking system.
