Google wants Pixel 4 mobiles benefit from 5G technology
The search engine intends to include the highest technology in one of its most recent devices
Google began the testing phase before the production of a new mobile phone with 5G technology belonging to its range of Pixel 4 smartphones that will arrive after the presentation of the family scheduled for October 15, according to the analyst Nikkei.
One of the sources close to the project stated that the Pixel 4 range will be composed of two models of mobile phones with 4G connectivity that “are already on mass production and will be ready for shipment once they have been presented next week,” as stated Nikkei Asian Review.
In addition, Google is working on a version with 5G technology that is in production testing period. Google started these tests in China, but when production begins it will move to another country to avoid US trade sanctions.
The source also wanted to add that this model with 5G would use the Snapdragon 855 processor developed by Qualcomm and that it would surely be presented in the spring of next year, before the arrival of the first iPhone with 5G. Google has not yet confirmed this information.
