France warns about company offering training with crypto

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) warned the public about an unauthorized company that offers training courses and software for the trade of digital currencies

The French authority in charge of regulating the stock market launched a recommendation on the company Kuvera LLC/ Kuvera France, which is aimed at young people to promote trade in “highly speculative products”.

The regulator’s announcement reads: “The company Kuvera LLC/ Kuvera France offers the opportunity to subscribe to training courses and software solutions presented as an aid to invest in the Forex market and in cryptographic assets. It is especially aimed at young people, including high school students.”

Similarly, the firm offers subscribers compensation that increases automatically with the number of subscribers recruited.

In addition, the AMF affirms that the company does not have the authorization required to operate in France. The authorities became aware of the existence of Kuvera when teachers and parents of adolescents across the country informed them about the activities of the consortium.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time that the AMF alerts citizens about sites of dubious reputation related to the cryptographic ecosystem.
